Steve has lived in Anchorage, Alaska since 1988. He has had his real estate license since 1995 and received his Brokers license in 1999. He has been a top producer with Prudential Jack White Vista Real Estate, the most trusted real estate company in Anchorage. Steve graduated from the Realtor Institute and holds the Certifed Residential Specialist and the Accredited Buyer Representative designations. Steve has been approved as an instructor by the State of Alaska for teaching new and veteran real estate licensees.
Steve's clients are his first priority in all of his transactions. He has sold single family, condominiums, new construction, income property and land. He has served on the Board of the Alaska Division of the Salvation Army, is a past President of the Alaska Chapter for Muscular Dystrophy and currently a board member of the second largest credit union in Alaska where he also served for many years on their Supervisory Committee. Steve is also a member of the Anchorage Board of Realtors, as well as the state and national associations, the Anchorage Multiple Listing Service ,The Council of Residential Specialists and The Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council.
Steve was certified as a new construction specialist by Jack White Real Estate in 1996 and has received the "Bernie" award from Jack White being voted by his fellow licensees to receive this honor.
